wrong ingredients.

Instead of using quality ingredients that will help you burn fat, they use ingredients that are very unhealthy and often encourage your body to store fat such as margarine, high calorie dressings, and sugar. Basically, their recipes are not promoting a fat burning diet, and this is definitely not what you are looking for.

The second problem is that these cookbooks have no structure or organization in order to create quick and easy meal plans.

Often, they’re just a bunch of recipes haphazardly put together.  You simply pick and choose according to what sounds good at that moment. That is NOT helpful to the person truly wanting to burn fat!

Many times, you will
find yourself eating the same
non-metabolic foods over and over again, day after day.

This will slow down your metabolism to the point that you can no longer lose fat. Instead, you should eat the top fat burning foods in order to keep your metabolism where it needs to be.
